General Shipping Information

Most packages are shipped from our Buffalo, NY warehouse, and ship within 1-3 business days of you placing your order. Our shipping carrier is UPS. Please do not ask us to ship any other way. Shipping and handling for all our items does include insurance.

For Packages shipped, Christmas Central cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date. The carriers offer all of these as a service to you and more information about them can be found at their website.

United States Shipping Information

Note about APO, or FPO addresses. We cannot ship any order to an APO or FPO address. Any order being shipped to one will be canceled.

Transit Times For Ground Shipments

Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude all holidays.

Refused packages or packages that fail to deliver will not be re-shipped at Christmas Central's expense. Customers must contact Christmas Central to be advised of additional shipping charges. This must occur within 10 business days of order placement.

Shipping To Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

$7 Flat Rate Shipping Promotion does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Both Ground and Express shipping options are available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please refer to the chart above for Ground shipping transit times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.


All standard orders being shipped to the lower 48 states will be charged a flat rate of $7 (this does not include Alaska and Hawaii). So whether you purchase 1 item or 100 items from us, you will always pay just $7 for standard shipping. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada shipments will vary by weight. Be sure to view these prices prior to checking out.

We also offer express shipping options. Orders for express shipping ship the next business day of your order. Expedited shipping will get to you in 3 days from ship date, Two-Day shipping will get to you in 2 days from being shipped and One-Day shipping will get to you in one day from being shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.

Can I return my order?
If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that:
We receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returns on holiday merchandise must be received either within 30 days of receipt or before the holiday to which it corresponds, whichever comes first.
AND
Merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.

What part of my order will be refunded?
The returned merchandise total will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. You can ship back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Can I exchange my order?
To exchange your merchandise you need to place a new order with Christmas Central. Once a new order is placed, contact us and we will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Use the label to return your original order.
Pre-paid labels can only be sent to the lower 48 states .
Note: if you do not place a new order with us and you use the pre-paid label we email you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How long until I receive my refund?
Generally return processing takes 2-3 weeks, during peak holiday season it may take longer.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Christmas Central representative.
